I know this is a bit off topic but I just had to write about it! Ever wondered what your Facebook profile would be if it was a holiday destination? Find out with the Holiday Match Maker from Halifax.

It’s not often I actually come across anything useful of Facebook, always getting spammed with ridicolous group invitations and general annoyances like that. However the other day I actually came across quite a useful Facebook application for a changed!

What it does, it look over the data you have filled out in your profile and then works out what your ideal holiday destination would be. This was great for me as we are looking for a weekend break in the next couple of months and geography isn’t exactly my strong point

Once it recommends a destination, it also recommends places to stay and things to do in and around the destination, its bloody great! They even tie in the Halifax Travel Money service to handle your currency exchanges to!
